Spectrum Software is a Florida Corporation based in the United States. We’ve been replacing dongles for customers since 1991.

We are located in historic Saint Augustine, Florida, the oldest city in the United States.

Mr. Montoro (Joe) was born and raised in southern New Jersey and graduated college from Florida State University.

Whether it was the bully at school or a multi million dollar corporation making dongles, Joe has taken them on....and won.  He’s done what no one else has done in changing the copyright law. “I’ve always tried to stand up for what I believe in and defend those that may not be able to get their voice heard.“
