WE DID IT AGAIN! In November of 2006, based on the testimony and supporting evidence of Spectrum Software’s President, Mr. Joseph Montoro, the United States Copyright Office declared that dongles are once again exempt from the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. This is the third time in as many hearings that Mr. Montoro has been invited to Washington DC to testify as an expert in copy protection methods.
